- Order online: 24 hours a day for hot and chilled meals.
- Daily delivery: available for hot meals from our Daily Available Menu, including Today's Hot Plate.
- Delivery dates and times: select your preferred delivery date and time from the available options at checkout.
- Same-day delivery: available for eligible hot meals from our Daily Available Menu and Today's Hot Plate, subject to available checkout slots. Meals are freshly prepared to order. Please allow 30 minutes to 1 hour before your preferred delivery time.
- Chilled meals: order by 2pm for next-day delivery.
- All other orders: available for next-day delivery or later, depending on preparation requirements and availability.
- Weekend delivery charges: additional delivery charges apply on Saturdays and Sundays. These fees are calculated separately based on your delivery location and order size.
Ordering is available online 24 hours a day. Delivery takes place during the available slots shown at checkout. Preparation and advance-notice requirements apply to your selected meals.
